We are pleased to announce that Working Group 3 will hold its face-to-face meeting on April 1–2, 2026, in Helsinki, Finland.

The purpose of the meeting is to plan the further measures how to implement the tasks of the WG3 and plan actively the upcoming training course for centres interested in cell therapies and providing participants with a solid basic knowledge of the indication, treatment planning, application and aftercare of the various autologous skin substitutes in the management of a major burn patient.

 If you are selected, your participation will be fully covered, including:

• Full reimbursement of travel expenses
• A daily allowance of €213 per day of attendance, plus an additional percentage for travel to and from the event location. This allowance covers short-distance transport (<100 km), meals, and accommodation.

 Meeting Schedule:

• April 1: 14:00 – 18:00
• April 2: 09:00 – 16:00

Participants can arrive on April 1, but if travel connections are difficult, arrival on March 31 is possible. The daily allowance may cover up to 1 day before and 1 day after the meeting.
