We are pleased to inform you that Working Group 4 – Clinical registry for patient with severe burns –  is organizing its face-to-face meeting on August 13-14, 2026, in Lausanne (Switzerland).

TENTATIVE PROGRAM :

• Day 1 : 10:00-17:00 – Review of the survey results, follow-up discussion on possible improvements and adjustments in view of the publication and visit to the burn centre and/or the GMP facility.

• Day 2 : 09:00 to 16:00 – Discussion on the role of burn patient associations and implementation of the next steps for the registry.

SELECTION CRITERIA :

• Priority will be given to members who have already completed the survey, participated in previous online meetings, and shown interest or involvement in the WG.

• Particular attention will be given to members from ITC countries, Young Researchers (ECI) and Gender Balance.

Please note that the number of available places is limited, and participants will therefore be selected.

If you are selected, your participation will be fully covered, including:

• Full reimbursement of travel expenses (the most economical means of transportation must be chosen)

• A daily allowance of €215 per day of attendance, plus an additional percentage calculated for travel to and from the event location. This allowance is intended to cover short-distance transport (<100 km), meals, and accommodation.
